octopus with potatoes
Ingredients:

Learn how to cook this delicious recipe. For doing this we need the following ingredients:

- one clean octopus of about 0,5 – 1 kg
- two medium onion
- 10 pieces of clean garlic
- 4 bay leaves
- 10 peppercorns
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 05-1 kg of boiled potatoes
- a pinch of Parsley
- Olive oil =3 spoons.

Octopus with potatoes
Directions for cooking the meal:

1. We prepare the octopus first. After we defrosted the octopus (we left the octopus in the frozen compartment for 24 hours) we put it in a pot for boiling.

2. In a pot, we fill with 3-4 liter of water and add the pieces of garlic, onion cuts, bay leaves, and peppercorns.

When the water boiled we put the octopus easily and left it on medium fire for about 20 minutes. We try it if it's ready with a toot stick and then we put it aside.

3. We put the octopus cut into small pieces on the oven tray along with the boiled potatoes. We add salt and white pepper with ½ cup of water and olive oil and we put it all in the oven. We set the oven at 180 Celsius degrees for 20 minutes.

4. After the time it’s off, we take out the tray from the oven and arrange the octopus with potatoes on a round plate. We can add some parsley leaves for flour.
